Haldiram's Onion Paratha is a type of Indian flatbread that is stuffed with a mixture of spiced onions and herbs. Parathas are a popular breakfast or snack item in India and are often served with chutneys, pickles, or yogurt.
The paratha is made by kneading flour, water, and oil into a dough, and then rolling it out into a flatbread. The spiced onion filling is then added to the center of the dough and the paratha is folded over and rolled out again to seal in the filling. The paratha is then cooked on a hot griddle or tawa until golden brown on both sides.
