Delivery
Free UK Delivery on orders over £49. If not, there will be a £5 delivery charge. Express Same Day Delivery is available from IG1 2SD within a 5-mile radius. UK Delivery: Order by 12 pm (Monday - Thursday) for next day delivery (Excludes Saturday and Sunday) (T&C Apply); Orders placed after 12 pm Thursday to Sunday will be dispatched on Monday If an order have 10kg rice bag in it then you will need to pay £5 as delivery charge for each bags. (It will be automatically update)

Our Packaging
We handpick and pack your order with care as soon as we receive them. We use insulated strong, robust cardboard boxes along with double walled bubble airliners that are temperature controlled. You can be assured your bottled and liquid goods come safely & securely wrapped without any leakage. Chilled and Frozen foods of temperature sensitive goods are packed into insulated shopping bags with (- 22 degrees) gel packs to ensure your products are guaranteed to deliver fresh. Our packaging is designed and manufactured in the UK to the highest quality. Fully validated and tested packaging and 100% recyclable.

Returns Policy
We work towards your complete satisfaction. If, for any reason you are not happy and wish to return anything bought from Kugans, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition. In such circumstances, please contact us or email us to support@kugans.com or chat with us live. We will guide you through the process in simple steps. Opened a product & still found it damaged or not fit to your expectations - Please send us a picture & reason - we will not question you why and refund to your satisfaction. We do not refund shipping charges or extra service charges Perishable goods are not refundable but we will do our best to compensate the customer if the damage was caused by us.
