Aachi Egg Curry Masala 200g is a ready spice blend created to help you cook a homestyle, flavourful egg gravy. The mix brings depth, colour, and appetizing aroma to boiled eggs simmered in a rich curry. To prepare, hard-boil and peel eggs, then heat oil and sauté chopped onions and tomatoes until soft. Add this masala with a little water to form a paste, cook for a minute, pour in more water for gravy, and simmer for 5–8 minutes. Gently add the boiled eggs, simmer again so flavours infuse, and finish with coriander leaves.
