Aachi Fish Fry Masala is a robust spice blend designed to coat fish and deliver a crisp, aromatic fry. Its balanced heat and deep colour enhance the natural taste of seafood while giving an appetising crust. For use, mix 2–3 teaspoons of the masala with lemon juice and a little water to form a thick paste; add salt if needed. Coat cleaned fish pieces evenly, rest for 15–30 minutes, and shallow- or deep-fry on medium heat until golden and cooked through, turning once. Drain on paper to remove excess oil and serve hot.
