Ideal for raw snacking, salads, roasting and soups, they add colour and nutrition to everyday meals. Rinse thoroughly under running water, trim tops, and peel if preferred. Slice, dice, or cut into batons. Steam for 5–7 minutes, boil 6–10 minutes until tender, roast at 200°C for 20–25 minutes with oil and seasoning, or sauté for 5–8 minutes for lightly caramelised edges.
