Fresh Saag 1Bunch is a vibrant bundle of leafy greens selected for everyday cooking. The leaves are bright green with tender stems and a naturally earthy aroma. To prepare, rinse the bunch thoroughly in cool water to remove any grit, drain well, and chop as desired. Heat a little oil in a pan, add the chopped saag with a pinch of salt, and cook uncovered at first, then cover and simmer for 6–8 minutes, stirring occasionally until wilted and tender. Adjust seasoning to taste or finish with a squeeze of lemon, as preferred.
