Spring Onion is a fresh, vibrant allium ideal for adding gentle onion flavour, crisp texture and bright green colour to everyday meals. Rinse the stalks thoroughly under running water to remove any grit, trim the roots and any wilted tips, then slice the white bulbs and green tops. Use the tender rings raw to garnish soups, noodles and salads, or toss into a hot pan with a little oil, salt and aromatics.
