To roast, preheat the oven to 170–180°C, spread the peanuts in a single layer on a tray, and roast for 15–20 minutes until fragrant, shaking once midway. Cool completely, crack the shells, and season to taste. You can also pan-roast on low heat for 10–15 minutes, stirring often, until evenly toasted.
