Salad Onion 5kg brings a crisp bite, gentle sweetness, and rich aroma to everyday cooking, perfect for raw and cooked dishes alike. Peel away the papery skin, then slice, dice, or finely chop as needed. For sautéing, heat a little oil, add the onions, and cook on medium heat for 5–7 minutes until translucent and lightly golden. For caramelising, cook slowly on low heat for 20–30 minutes, stirring occasionally until deep brown and sweet.
