Fresh Saag 1Bunch is a fresh leafy green ideal for everyday cooking, valued for its tender leaves and mild, earthy flavour. To prepare, rinse thoroughly in plenty of water to remove grit, trim the stems to your preference, and chop. Sauté with a little oil, garlic, and spices for 3–5 minutes until just wilted, or blanch in boiling water for 1–2 minutes before adding to dals, curries, stir‑fries, soups, or omelettes. It can also be folded into parathas or stirred through warm rice for a wholesome side.
