Thai Long Beans offers fresh, slender green beans known for a crisp bite and mild, green flavour. Ideal for quick cooking, they hold their shape and colour. Rinse thoroughly, trim the ends, and cut to your preferred length. Blanch in boiling water for 3–4 minutes for salads, or stir-fry on high heat with oil, garlic and a pinch of salt for 4–5 minutes until tender-crisp. They can also be steamed or added near the end of curries, noodles and fried rice for a bright, green crunch.
