ABOUT MANGO CHUTNEY!

Mango chutney is the traditional side out of all the other chutneys. The chutney is prepared from unripe mangoes to give that hard, and sour taste when cooked by releasing the tangy taste. This sweet, spicy, & tangy condiment is a great dip or a delicious accompaniment to chicken, lamb, sandwiches, rice, flatbreads, and salads.

Summer Time! Here’s a quick, simple, and easy recipe to beat the heat at home.

Put a rack on the bottom of a tall, large pot. Place the sealed jars on the rack. Fill the pot with water, covering the jars by 1 inch. Bring to a rolling boil. Boil for 15 minutes. Remove the jars from the pot and let sit at room temperature to cool.
