CHOCOLATE COATED STRAWBERRIES

Quick and easy chocolate-covered strawberries is mouthwatering and beautiful impression

Ingredients

1 cup Fresh strawberries, washed and dried
1 cup Chocolate chips
1 tabs Vegetable oil

Method

1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set it aside.
2. In a medium saucepan, melt the chocolate chips and oil or shortening together over low heat, stirring occasionally until smooth.
3. Dip each strawberry into the melted chocolate, holding it by the stem, until about three-quarters of the berry is covered.
4. Place the chocolate-covered strawberries onto the prepared baking sheet.
5. Repeat with the remaining strawberries.
6. Place the baking sheet in the refrigerator for about 10-15 minutes to allow the chocolate to set.
7. Serve and enjoy!

 

RED VELVET MOUSSE

Easy Valentine's Day dessert recipe red velvet delicious mousse

Ingredients
2 cups Heavy cream
1/2 cup Granulated sugar
1 tabs Cocoa powder
2 tabs Red food coloring
2 tsp Vanilla extract
4 tabs Cream cheese, softened
4 tabs chocolate chips, melted and cooled

Method
1. In a large bowl, beat the heavy cream until soft peaks form.
2. Add the sugar, cocoa powder, food coloring, and vanilla extract and beat until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
3. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
4. Gradually add the melted chocolate to the cream cheese and beat until well combined.
5. Gently fold the chocolate mixture into the whipped cream mixture until well combined.
6. Spoon the mousse into serving glasses or a large bowl.
7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or until set.
8. Serve chilled and enjoy!
