2 large Ripe Tomatoes 🍅
1 cup Dosa Batter (or rice flour batter)
2–3 Green Chilies 🌶️
1-inch Ginger piece
1 small Onion (finely chopped)
1 tbsp Coriander leaves (chopped) 🌿
½ tsp Cumin seeds
Salt to Taste
Water (as needed)
