VITAMIN C DRINK

Start your day with a little vitamin drink in the morning

Ingredients

1 cup Pineapple juice
1 cup Orange juice
1 cup Lemon juice
1 cup Strawberries juice
A pinch of Salt
1-liter Soda water 

 

Method

  1. Combine all the juice well in a big vessel and stir with the salt.
  2. Mix well and pour 2 tabs of this juice in each glass.
  3. Finally stir with the soda water.
  4. Keep in the refrigerator until served.

Ingredients

1-1/2 cups Orange juice
1 cup Strawberries
1 medium Mango
2 medium Kiwi fruits
1 tabs Honey
1 cup Ice cubes

Method

  1. In a blender, combine the fruits and juice ingredients, cover and process until smooth.
  2. Add ice cubes, blend until combine.
  3. Stir in soda and pour the juice into the tall glasses
  4. serve immediately.

Ingredients

1 cup Banana 
1 cup Mango 
1/2 cup Orange juice
1 cup Greek yogurt 

 

Method

  1. Place banana, mango, orange juice and yogurt in blender.
  2. Blend on speed 5 for 1 minute. Pour into 2 glasses.
  3. Serve immediately.
