BANAN WAFFLE

Light and fluffy banana waffles are easy to make

Ingredients

2 ripe Bananas
½ cup Wheat flour
1 Egg
1 pinch Salt
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
2 tabs Butter

 

Method

  1. Peel the ripe bananas, add them to a bowl and mash them with a fork.
  2. Add a flour and start mixing.
  3. Add the egg, salt and, baking soda.
  4. Finally add thee cinnamon and mix well
  5. Switch on your waffle maker till it gets hot.
  6. Grease the surface and then add the batter to it using a ladle. Let it cook for a couple of minutes and then serve!

COCONUT COOKIES

Coconut cookies are crunchy on the outside and chewy and soft on the inside

Ingredients

2 ½ cups Shredded coconut
½ cup Almond flour
 2 tabs Coconut oil
½ cup Maple syrup
 

Method

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F (180 C) and line 2 baking trays with parchment paper.
  2. In a large mixing bowl or high-speed blender, add all your ingredients and mix well, until a moist dough remains.
  3. Using your hands or a cookie scoop, form small balls of dough and place on the lined plate or tray.
  4. Press each ball into a cookie shape. Freeze for 15 minutes, until firm.
  5. Bake in a preheated oven at 320°F or 160°C for 17-20 minutes or until the bottom of the cookies is golden brown.
  6. Cool down the biscuits and enjoy.

STRAWBERRIES AND CREAM BALLS

Strawberries and cream energy balls are a healthy snack

Ingredients

2 cups Cashews, soaked and drained
7 large Medjool dates
1 tsp Vanilla extract
½ cup Freeze strawberries, lightly crushed
¼ cup Coconut shreds
 

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients except the coconut flakes in a food processor.
  2. Process until the nuts are broken and the mixture forms a dough consistency.
  3. Roll the dough between your hands and form 1" diameter balls.
  4. Place them on a plate and then put them in the refrigerator to cool for 1 hour.
  5. After 1 hour, take the strawberry energy bites out of the fridge and roll them in the shredded coconut flakes.
