INGREDIENTS:
4 ripe Bananas
1 cup Jaggery (grated or powdered)
¼ cup Ghee
2 tbsp Cashew Nuts (chopped)
1 tbsp Raisins
½ tsp Cardamom Powder
A pinch of Salt

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Mash the Bananas: Peel and mash ripe bananas into a smooth paste.
2. Dissolve Jaggery: In a pan, melt jaggery with 2–3 tbsp water. Strain to remove impurities.
3. Cook Banana Mixture: In a thick-bottomed pan, heat ghee and add the mashed bananas. Stir continuously on medium flame.
4. Add Jaggery Syrup: Slowly mix in the jaggery syrup and keep stirring until it blends well.
5. Flavoring: Add cardamom powder, a pinch of salt, and continue stirring until the mixture thickens and leaves the sides of the pan.
6. Add Nuts: Fry cashews and raisins in ghee, then add to the mixture.
7. Set & Cut: Grease a tray with ghee, spread the halwa mixture evenly, and let it cool. Cut into squares or diamond-shaped pieces.
