INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Fresh Grated Coconut 
1–2 tsp Red Chili Powder (adjust to taste)
½ tsp Salt
1 small Red Onion, finely chopped 
1–2 tsp Lime juice (or lemon juice)
½ tsp Black Pepper (optional)
1–2 tsp Maldivian Fish (optional) 
1–2 small Green Chilies, finely sliced 

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Grind the chili + salt + onion (optional)
In a mortar & pestle (or small food processor), crush red onion, chili powder, and salt until it becomes a slightly coarse paste.

2. Mix with coconut
Add grated coconut to the paste and mix well using your hand or spoon to combine. Make sure the chili-onion blend coats the coconut evenly.

3. Add lime juice
Squeeze in the lime juice and mix again. Taste and adjust salt and sourness.

4. (Optional) Add umbalakada or green chili
If using Maldivian fish flakes, gently fold them in now. Add green chilies for extra heat.
