2 cups All-Purpose Flour
1 tsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tsp Instant Yeast
¾ cup Warm Water
1 tbsp Olive Oil

For the Topping:
½ cup Pizza Sauce or Crushed Tomatoes
200g Fresh Mozzarella (sliced)
1–2 tbsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Optional: Chili Flakes

1. Prepare the Dough
In a bowl, mix flour, sugar, salt, and yeast.
Add warm water and olive oil.
Knead for 8–10 minutes until soft and smooth.
Cover and let rise for 1 hour until doubled in size.

2. Shape the Pizza
Preheat oven to 220°C (430°F).
Roll or stretch dough into a thin round base.
Place on a baking tray or pizza stone.

3. Add Toppings
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce.
Arrange mozzarella slices evenly.
Drizzle a little olive oil on top.

4. Bake
Bake for 12–15 minutes until crust is golden and cheese is melted.

5. Finish & Serve
Add fresh basil leaves after baking.
