1 cup Quinoa
2 cups Water

INSTRUCTIONS:

Rinse quinoa well. Boil with water and salt. Simmer 12–15 minutes until fluffy.
2. Prepare the Salmon
Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
Mix olive oil, garlic, lemon juice, pepper, and paprika.
Brush over salmon and bake for 12–15 minutes.
3. Steam the Vegetables
Steam broccoli, carrots, and beans for 5–7 minutes until tender but crisp.
4. Serve Warm
Plate quinoa, top with salmon, and add veggies on the side. Drizzle extra lemon juice if desired.
