INGREDIENTS:
1 cup Fresh Seasonal Fruits (mango, banana, apple, berries)
1 cup Thick Yogurt (curd)
2 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Crushed Nuts
1 tsp Chia Seeds (optional)
Few Mint Leaves (for garnish)
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prepare fruits
Wash, peel, and chop all fruits into small pieces.
2. Sweeten yogurt
In a bowl, mix yogurt with honey or maple syrup until smooth.
3. Layer the parfait
In a glass, add a layer of fruits, then yogurt, then /nuts.
4. Repeat layers
Add another layer of fruits and yogurt.
5. Top & serve
Sprinkle chia seeds and garnish with mint leaves. Serve chilled.
