2 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts
1 tbsp Olive Oil
3 cloves Garlic (minced)
1 small Onion (chopped)
1 cup Low-Fat Milk (or unsweetened almond milk)
½ cup Greek Yogurt
2 cups Fresh Spinach
1 tsp Black Pepper
1 tsp Paprika
Salt to taste
1 tsp Cornflour (optional, for thickness)

INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Prep the chicken
Season chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
2. Cook the chicken
Heat olive oil in a pan and cook chicken until golden and fully cooked. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the sauce
In the same pan, sauté onion and garlic until soft and fragrant.
4. Add creamy base
